It all starts with a free personal consultation where we get to know one another — your lifestyle and your fitness goals.
Working together, we will design a program that’s individualized for your age, body type, life style and goals. I do not "factory line" clients through the same exercise program or display one program on a dry erase board. These methods are babysitting, not training.
As a client, I will provide you with exercise and nutrition information that can be printed and referenced as needed. The books provide need-to-know information that separates fact from fiction.
Each month you will receive the Muscles Machado Monthly Mag newsletter with articles on health and fitness topics.
Nutrition is key, in health and fitness. It will be at the forefront of your training program.
To change the body you must force it to adapt, force being the key word. If that element is missing, then the exercise will most likely do little to increase strength, size, or performance. I will continue to provide cutting edge exercise information and sound, clinically proven nutrition guidelines.
It is my responsibility to assure that excellent health is obtained by educating the client and maintaining assessments at regular intervals.
